“word” is a limited edition that includes:

• One hand-embossed porcelain ash plate, featuring text excerpted from an essay by Kenturah Davis

• One solid brass stand, made in collaboration with Tania Enriquez of Rest Objects

• Five pieces of cast incense containing a blend of palo santo, benzoin, sandalwood, orris, and makko

Edition of 50 (numbered by artist)

To activate, place brass stand on ash plate (prongs down, flat bar up). Light incense, rest against stand, and burn as desired.

Each component of this edition is handmade in-studio in Altadena, CA. As such, small variations are to be expected!
